Digital Products & Refund Policy

This policy applies only to digital products purchased directly from thoughtillumination.com. Direct digital-product sales are not live yet; this policy will apply whenever digital products become available for purchase directly through our website.
What this policy covers
Digital products may include printable PDFs, starter kits, worksheets, cards, guides, journals, or other downloadable resources.
This policy does not cover paperback books or other products purchased through Amazon or another seller. Those purchases are subject to that seller's own return and refund policies.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
All sales are generally final
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once the file has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Any refund required by applicable law will still be honored.
When we will help
We will provide reasonable assistance if you:
- Received the wrong file
- Received a damaged or unreadable file
- Were charged more than once for the same purchase
- Cannot access your purchase

Purchased files are licensed to you for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not copy them for resale, redistribute them, share them publicly, upload them elsewhere, or represent them as someone else's work.
